SUMMER ART CAMP

Every year we have a summer art camp! Children are dropped off in the morning for a half day or sometimes a full day of art projects and fun.

Sign up for Summer Art Camp! Children (ages 7–12) can join us for a week of art fun. Each day will be filled with two art projects and a movement and snack break in between!

 

We have two time options: 8:45am–12pm and 12:45pm–4pm.

Each time slot will have two classes of children with 6–8 children. The classes will be taught by different teachers, then the children will come together for a snack/movement break, and switch teachers for the second art class.

We are recommending children bring a mask, though we are not requiring they wear one. We also ask that they come with their preferred snacks and drinks, though we will have some on site as well.

We will be arranging the classes to have physical distancing between the children. We will also be cleaning the classrooms between classes and working with the children to ensure they wash their hands in between classes.

The morning session and the afternoon session will feature the same art projects, so please sign up your children from only one of the times.

TIMES AND PRICES:

You must pay a $50 non-refundable fee to save your spot in the class, and pay the full amount by Saturday, June13.

8:45am–12pm: $135 member ($150 non-member)

12:45am–4pm: $135 member ($150 non-member)

LATE PICKUP FEE

We will charge a $25 late pickup fee for pickups after 12:15pm for the morning session and 4:15pm for the afternoon session.

REFUND POLICY

Please double check your schedule when you sign up for a class because all classes, workshops, and series offered by the Center for the Arts are typically non-refundable. 

 

We will be refunding summer camp due to unforeseen health circumstances. For instance, if your child comes down with a cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms before the camp, you will get a full refund. If they come down with the symptoms partway through the camp, you will get a prorated discount.

 

Refunds will also be made if there are unforeseeable circumstances with the instructor or facility. The Center for the Arts will contact you if there is a refund to be issued along with any further instructions necessary.
